Deploying to a cloud box

I'm going to do a demo of getting code from your localhost onto an AWS EC2 (replace with digital ocean droplet or Linode box or even a shared host solution somewhere)

Goals:

• spin up and access an EC2
• get the Apache2 Hello World screen working
• Security Groups + firewall rules
• Use it as a node backend too
• pm2 while we're at it
• github for code transfer
